Fear
is afraid of someone or something as likely to be dangerous, painful, or
treating. Everyone have fears, because a fear is one of human’s feelings.
Nowadays, in our environment, as we know that everyone got a fear with someone
or something, for example fear with darkness, fear with some animals, fear with
heights or something else. The fear’s level for everyone also different. If
some people feel over with a fear, it can make big problems and disadvantages
in their life. Maybe, someone fell over fears with heights, then he afraid to
go to the top in the heights buildings. So, he can’t works in the heights
buildings. It is very disadvantages in our life. Although a fear is one of big
problems and caused disadvantages for everyone, but a fear can be overcome with
five steps.
First, try to analyze your fear.You must look for the first caused
which make yourfear. Try to ask yourself. What did make you feel scare? Why did
your feeling dominate in your mind? After you know the
cause, you must acknowledge it. With acknowledging it,you can easy to ignore or
deny your fears, even to yourself, in a society that stresses the importance of
being strong and brave.Then you can talk to yourself and try to solve your
fear. So, by know the caused your fear, acknowledging it, and try to solving
it, can help you to overcome your fear.
Second, after analyze, you can try
to fight your fear. If
you afraid with something, one is the best way is to fight and challenged it.
Maybe in this step, you need your friend’s help to accompany youfight and
challenge your fear. If you are afraid of heights, you can go to the top of a
heights building with your friends and look down. Maybe you can hike to the top
of a mountain with the outdoor club or your friends. Another side, when you
afraid with a snake, you can go to the zoo with your friends and see a snake
for a long time. This step can help you to overcome a fear.
Third,
take control of your fear. It is simple step after you analyze and try to fight
your fear, you can control your mind to overcome a fear. When you start feeling
scared, ignore this feeling. Do something positive to distract your fear and
stop feeling frightened. For some people who can’t take control of their fear,
they always fear and worrying about same thing. So they must stop their fear
and worries felling.
Fourth,
Change the way that you think about a fear.You can change a source of fear to
be interesting things. The same things that we feel fear also incite feelings
of happy.
For example, people enjoy extreme
sports, horror movies, and swimming with shark on vacation. Try to analyze your
fear in positive light and acknowledge it that can to be interesting thing. When
you start seeing fear as a source of energy, you might even embrace its role in
your life. In another hands, you can change your fear to be advantages thing in
your life. You can change your fear with look for how to challenge it. If
you feel afraid to walk alone at night, you can take karate or taekwondo course
to protect yourself. Some people’s opinion, they choose to increase
self-confidence, because confidence will be increase brave and overcome a fear.
Fifth,
follow some treatment to relaxations. You can follow some treatment like Yoga
and Meditation, because this treatment can relax your body and your mind. After
you follow this treatment you can forgot someone or something that make you
feel fear. Your body will be fresh and your mind always positive. Beside that
Yoga and Meditation can increase your confidence. Confidence can fight a fear
in you. When you believe with yourself, you can decrease a fear that dominates
in your mind. This is the last way to overcome your fears.
In
conclusion, you can overcame a fear with analyze, try to fight, take the
control, change the way you think about your fear and follow some treatment to
relaxation. You can try those steps that overcome your fear. Good luck.
